The lounge has tv, DVD and video, and nice comfy sofas, ideal for curling up and watching a good film. There is also an Nintendo Wii for the those who fancy a game of tennis or a round of golf! Purple room
This beautiful and spacious room is on the 3rd floor, looking out over the River Tay and the stunning countryside. This room has a four poster double bed, and a single bed, making it versatile as a romantic hide away for 2, or a spacious family room. You walk down into the bathroom, also offering a fantastic view from the window, which has a bath and shower.
Tartan room
Situated on the middle floor, this is also a very large family room, sharing the same views as the purple room. This room has a king size double, with 2 single beds, one of which has a pull-out bed, and can easily accommodate a family of five, and still have plenty of space. This also has steps down to the bathroom, with bath and shower.
Green room
This en-suite room, with bath and shower, is situated on the middle floor. It is made up of 3 single beds, with views on 3 sides, making this a light and airy room, with lovely views over the river and the woods to the back and side.
Blue room
Situated on the middle floor, this room has been decorated with a country cottage feel, made up with 2 single beds, and having views to the rear of the property to the fields and woodland beyond. The room is en suite with shower.
Peach room
This is a ground floor room, with full wheelchair access from its own parking space, down a very gentle slope. The room is made up with 2 single beds, and with an en -suite wet room. The dining room is also on this level, making this room ideal for those who wish to avoid stairs.
